In 2019, the last year before the COVID-19 outbreak, 41 million parcels had been processed by Czech Post’s logistics.
However, the year-on-year last year increase was lower mainly because of the reopened brick and mortar shops, to which some people returned to. In contrast to the letter mail segment, the parcel market is growing and in 2022, Česká pošta expects to approach the limit of 60 million parcels.
