PostNL scaled up its network to accommodate parcel growth
In a recent announcement from PostNL on their Q2 business trends and FY2020 outlook, parcel volume growth had accelerated from close to 14% at the end of March to above 25% in April and May. PostNL scaled up its network considerably to accommodate this increase.
